WORLD RADIO BROADCASTER DIRECTORY GRANT
Version 2026-07-28

By submitting and verifying a station claim, the authorized broadcaster
representative grants Mobpage a non-exclusive, revocable permission, for the
territories selected in the claim, to:

1. list the station name, approved logo, homepage, descriptive metadata and
   programme metadata in the World Radio mobile applications and website;
2. enable listeners to initiate the broadcaster-provided live stream directly
   from those applications;
3. operate the directory as an advertising-supported service without altering,
   recording, downloading, replacing or removing the broadcaster's audio or
   advertising.

The broadcaster represents and warrants that:

1. the representative is authorized to submit this claim;
2. the broadcaster controls the submitted stream and metadata;
3. the broadcaster holds, or is otherwise authorized under, all licences and
   rights needed to make the stream available to listeners in the selected
   territories, including music and neighbouring rights where applicable;
4. the submitted name, logo and metadata may be used for the purposes above;
5. all geographic restrictions supplied to World Radio are accurate.

World Radio may suspend or remove a station immediately following a rights,
security, safety, availability or policy concern. The broadcaster may revoke
this grant by writing to radio-rights@mobpage.org. Revocation does not affect
records retained to demonstrate prior authorization or comply with law.

Crawler archives and public website pages are evidence for manual review only.
They do not replace this grant unless a qualified reviewer confirms that the
page itself contains an explicit, applicable permission.
